What is the estimated delivery timeline for my order?

Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. For our handcrafted 'Made-to-Order' collections, please allow 10-14 business days for artisanal production and shipping.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. Please note that customized or bespoke pairs are not eligible for returns.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, Dmodot ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

How should I care for my handcrafted leather shoes?

To maintain the longevity of your shoes, we recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner and avoiding direct exposure to water. Always use a shoehorn to preserve the heel shape and store them in the provided dust bags.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes within India.
