Returns & Exchanges

At Dmodot, we strive to ensure your handcrafted footwear fits perfectly, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are unworn, in their original packaging, and include all tags to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Approval

  Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and approve the pickup based on your reason for return.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Pack the shoes securely in the original Dmodot box and hand them over to our logistics partner during the scheduled pickup.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
